My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were as advertised, within walking distance to all amenities and restaurants, and simply lovely with neutral tones and very comfortable furniture. They were huge, had a great view, and were close to everything. Overall, I would recommend and stay here again, although cleanliness could be improved.

The location was amazing, walking distance to the Convention Centre for Supanova Gold Coast 2019. It was great, very central to shops, nightlife, restaurants, and the beach. However, it was extremely central, but a bit loud due to the close proximity to the main strip.

My stay at the Phoenician Resort was so comfortable and in a brilliant location close to all shops and restaurants. It was very relaxing and a pleasure to spend our holiday there. Overlooking the pool, the rooms had a comfortable layout and looked out on a neat tropical garden which was quite relaxing. The only downside was not having a sea view, but the easy access to the pools made up for it.
